Wow!! Were we lucky to find Nathan Abbott and his team of Real Estate experts; Brett (Ft Walton), Daniel (Panama City), and Frank (Real Estate deal closer). Our plans to find and close on a beach front property before the end of 2012 was super aggressive. It started for us around mid-October with an initial search on Zillow in the panhandle of Florida where we saw an advertisement for Nathan Abbott Real Estate Broker. We emailed him and with his response our exceptional experience began. The website they have is outstanding, they listened to what we were looking for, provided properties to review constantly that fit our criteria in both in Ft. Walton and Panama City, Brett and Daniel are experts in each area respectively. We traveled 5hrs by air for a 3 working day visit in hope of finding what we were looking for, both Brett and Daniel spent 10hrs a piece with us showing property, making our trip extremely productive. We found exactly what we were looking for and were able to make an offer before boarding a flight home, we were thrilled with the execution of the entire process. We closed on the property at the end of November and everything went so smoothly which was totally due to the outstanding personnel at Nathan Abbott’s office.  And get this “post-sales support”….really?  Yes, it continues…..these guys have totally exceeded our expectations; new keys, lock replacement, they added a lock box for contractors, provided blueprints at our request, took some measurements of window for us, closing up/shutting down the property on our behalf, and even offering to managed a few repairs for us…..WOW!! were we lucky or what? I assure you won’t find a more competent, trustworthy, hard working Real Estate team than this one. You guys made our Real Estate purchasing experience extremely pleasant and we cannot recommend you enough. Thank you!

Nathan has helped me with several very complicated transactions involving several different partner groups. Nathan Abbott and his team are simply super professionals who devote every resource available to sell your property at the best price the market allows.  Nathan’s insight and understanding of the market is spot on, and he is a delight to work with as an honest and caring agent.  

My six siblings and I inherited our father’s Dolphin Point condo on Destin Harbor in February 2011.  Dad bought the property in 1980, owned a boat for some time, and loved living on the Destin Harbor.  We visited him often, frequently staying at the Beach House Condominiums in Destin.  None of us live in Destin.
