Tristan (TJ) Martin started his career in real estate in 2012 after graduating from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. After a year in the insurance industry, he decided to move back to his hometown on the Emerald Coast. He started his career with DR Horton Inc managing developments encompassing over 200 lots through the entire sales and construction process. TJ Martin was named Leader in Sales at DR Horton from Panama City to Pensacola for 2013, reaching over $15 Million in sales. In 2014, he joined Holiday Builders where he helped design, build and sell over 65 homes from pouring slab to completion of the home. During his 2 years with Holiday Builders, he was awarded Highest Net Sales Gulf Division 1st Quarter 2015, Highest Dollar Volume 1st Quarter 2015, Highest Number of Sales 2nd Quarter 2015, Highest Dollar Volume 2nd Quarter 2015 and Sales Agent of the Year for 2015 with $23 Million in sales.
Growing up on the Gulf Coast gives TJ Martin an advantage in the industry above many others. He has watched the growth of the area sky rocket and fully understands what all the Emerald Coast has to offer. Not only has T.J. become incredibly successful at development real estate, but working alongside his father has taught him every aspect of custom residential builds as well.
