Miramar Beach Sales Volume Increases
There were 7% more single family homes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 7% and price per square foot increased 6%.
Activity picked up for Gulf Pines during the last half of 2018. Four homes were sold and are included in the data below. One home was on a large Gulf front lot, and had a very high sales price and price per square foot. With that home removed from the data, Gulf Pines homes sold in 2018 had a slight decrease in
price per square foot, but sold for 98% of list price on average and were on the market 152 days less than in 2017.
