Miramar Beach Sales Improve in 2019
There were 5% more single family homes sold in Miramar Beach in the first half of 2019 vs the first half of 2018. Average sold price and price per square foot both increased 5% as well.
There were no Gulf Pines homes sold in the first half of 2018. Gulf Pines homes sold in the first half of 2019 were on the market for over 200 days less than in all of 2018. The average price per square foot increased by 19% – an increase of $60!
