Area Sales Increase in 2018
The Miramar Beach real estate market has been very active this year. During the first half of 2018, average sales prices increased 22%, price per square foot increased 5% and 31% more Gulf-front condos were sold than in the first half of 2017.
There were three units sold at Huntington during the first half of 2018. The average price increased due to two units being 4-bedroom units. Huntington units continue to sell quickly.
