Okaloosa Island condos sold during the first half of 2019 had a 7% increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2018. They sold at 97% of list price on average.
Unit sold at Island Princess during the first half of 2019 had a 5% increase in average price compared to the first half of 2018. They sold at 98% of list price.
We are happy to see that Island Princess remains a desirable condominium, with a price per square foot $39 more than the Okaloosa Island condo average.
