Seascape Lakefront & Boardwalk – 2018 Year-End Review

Sales Improved in 2018 

The local real estate market had a great year in 2018. There were 16% more condos and townhomes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 13% and price per square foot increased 5%.

Boardwalk Villas units sold in 2018 had a decrease in price per square foot compared to 2017. However, the amount of units sold doubled and they sold at 98% of list price.

Lakefront Villas sold in 2018 had a 15% increase in average price, 16% increase in price per square foot and were on the market 102 days less than in 2017. Lakefront units sold on average for $37 more per square foot this year.
