Area Sales Activity Increases in 2018
Miramar Beach condos sales volume increased 41% during the first half of 2018 compared to the 2017. Average price increased 21% and price per square foot increased 5%.
Summit units sold during the first half of 2018 had a 22% increase in average sold price and 13% increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2017. The units were on the market 70 days less.
